What I'm Looking For

I don't want "flawless" but rather women who tried to take care of their bodies. Age is not the overwhelming criteria and there's no hard limit. She should be the girl whom everyone cannot help but notice in a room full of others, not due to having "supermodel" looks but exhibiting natural beauty. For art purposes a blend of sensuality and athleticism but not a conspicuously muscular look would be a plus. She should be a natural woman with no implants and not have many piercings or be able to remove them.

She should not be averse to acting silly and be used as a canvas. Most importantly she should do every pose with complete enthusiasm without being self-conscious of her body and not care to do what is necessary to get the shot. Being willing to do full unrestricted nudity will receive preference. Any non-nude or covered modelling I selectively choose will likely be unpaid or TFP but I won't compromise on quality just because you're "famous" or more well known and it must be a more out of the box unique, interesting or revealing theme than 99.9% of Instagram posts.

These aren't the only factors and unfortunately I can't give away all my criteria so if you are interested feel free to apply as I usually know at first sight if a girl is what I'm looking for. My main interest is nude photography so I will likely expect for you to be mainly uncovered or in revealing attire at a minimum. Besides for no clothing you may also be required to not wear any makeup, jewellery, or nail varnish.

Applying to Model

Nude photos aren't needed and I prefer not to be sent any photos unless I ask as honestly I won't know what to do with them. If I go through social media I don't want to have to wade through multitudes of photos. Pick 5 of your best photos, ones that show the curvatures of your body are best, but I often make my final determination based on your general look from the rest. I can't reply to everyone so make the most of it.

Send an e-mail with a short motivation of why you want to model. It doesn't have to be a school essay for points and can be quite casual but I want to hear something about yourself and what you hope to achieve. Under some circumstances you may be asked to do a nude interview before I make a final or revised offer. This is optional and can be done through video call or you can accept a general offer.

Nude TFP

Opinions differ on whether nude modelling should always be paid modelling or not. For me I do not see nude modelling as different to clothed modelling. My view is that wherever the primary purpose is and the opportunity exists to monetise art there should be some compensation involved whether nude or not. However it should also be understood that with the proliferation of digital media it has become increasingly harder to monetise.

As such I find it acceptable for nude modelling to be unpaid where it's mainly to establish a portfolio of work or art. Nude TFP is one option where both parties get what they want. If you're looking to build up a portfolio for yourself but also don't want to spend any money to do so you can agree to a nude shoot. Both parties pay for their own expenses.

As part of the shoot you get to do a regular portfolio with images you can keep and use to promote yourself or just have for posterity. These can also be nude or any combination of partially clothed if you desire. You will be given ample time and images to use. The other part of the shoot will be nude or artistic images. I use the same criteria for nude TFP so if you find it acceptable to allow me full creative control then it's definitely an option to consider and inquire about.

Modelling Agencies

I believe that agencies are a relic from when models and photographers couldn't market themselves. With the proliferation of social media they have become redundant in all but name. Though there are reputable agencies it's known how agencies employed predatory practices of keeping models in cycles of debt they could never escape. Many of these models would have been better off without working through an agency even if it meant less work. Agencies have also failed to ensure the safety of models.

If I found you initially through an agency I would be willing to work through one. That's never how I find models. It's my view that if models market themselves outside of an agency they should also be willing to work without one. As I respect this I also expect the same courtesy in return to not be asked to work through an agency if I didn't approach an agency. If you want to involve an agency you are welcome to do so at your own expense and pay any associated fees and commission, I won't be paying extra or sign any agency crafted agreements. I have my own model release with terms and conditions that are standard which can be viewed ahead of time.
